Hi, my name is Kade Pendley, and I’m a 4.0 Electrical Engineering student at the

University of Houston. From 1st grade to present, math has always been my favorite

and strongest subject. Helping students develop confidence to improve in the various

math subjects is my favorite way to implement math.

While previously working in media production at Huntsville ISD, I discovered my interest

in tutoring. I enjoyed teaching students how to use media production equipment and put

their knowledge into practice by using the equipment. Observing their progress in

abilities and appreciation at work grew my love for tutoring. Valuing people, teamwork,

and learning alongside students and colleagues is a key element of my journey to

teaching as well. I sought to combine my interest in mathematics and love for tutoring to

equip students in understanding the world of math.

Outside of work and academics, you’ll likely catch me working out, playing games with

friends, running, or tackling escape rooms.
