Dennis Brązy

Hi! I’m Coach Brazy.

I have been teaching math at the high school and college level for 33 years now in the Houston area. I graduated from Wabash College in Crawfordsville, Indiana, in 1990 with a B.A. in Art and a minor in Math.  I have an Advanced Placement certification from Rice University.  Since arriving in 1990, I’ve been in Houston!

I have taught for Clear Creek ISD, Pasadena ISD, and have been teaching math in the Aldine school district since 2009.  I also teach at at Lone Star College. I am currently teaching PreCalc at Nimitz High School.  Besides PreCalc, I have taught Advanced Quantitative Reasoning, Algebra I, Algebra II, Geometry, and Math Models.  I’ve also been the Head Cross Country Coach since 2009.

After teaching for 33 years, I know all students can learn and excel with math the Coach Crazy Brazy way!  Ask me about the difference between happy equations and grumpy equations – it’s a fun story!
