Hello! I’m Jonathan Pino.

I was born in New Mexico and raised my family in Colorado for the majority of our lives before moving to California, and eventually, to The Woodlands. I’m a proud father of three—one son who is starting college this year in Michigan and two daughters who attend The Woodlands High School.

I spent 20 years working with UPS, finishing my tenure there as a Director of Operations in Colorado. I then transitioned to Amazon, where I currently serve as a Senior Operations Manager. Alongside my professional journey, I’ve dedicated 10 years to coaching club basketball and volunteered as a driving instructor at RoadStar Driving School in Colorado.

I hold an MBA and a Master of Management, which have equipped me with the skills and insights to lead in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, especially helping to coach my daughters in basketball. My wife Lina and I enjoy the vibrant community of The Woodlands, and I’m passionate about balancing a fulfilling career with the joy of supporting and mentoring others.
